What happens on the discovery call?
We ask about your goals, workflows, data and constraints. You get an honest view of whether AI is worth pursuing here, what we would test first, and whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes. We work with founders and SMEs as well as enterprise innovation teams. Small teams often feel the benefit of a well-chosen AI use case fastest, because the time saved lands directly on the people doing the work.
Are you tied to an AI vendor?
No. We do not resell any AI provider or hold partner tiers. We pick the model and tools that fit your problem, data and compliance needs, and design the system so you can switch later.
Do you handle the EU AI Act?
Governance is part of every engagement. We map your AI systems, flag risk levels, build in transparency and AI literacy, and prepare the technical documentation. We work alongside your legal counsel for formal legal advice.
Where are you based? Do you work remotely across Europe?
We are based in Munich and work remotely with clients across Europe, in English or German. For workshops and kick-offs we can meet on site by arrangement.
